About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives across DTC and retailer channels. This role works closely with the Ecommerce Manager to maintain PDP content, support email campaign deployment, assist with SEO and site optimization, and coordinate asset delivery for promotions and product launches. The coordinator is a detail-oriented executor who keeps digital operations running accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Support product setup, SKU builds, and PDP content updates on the Shopify storefronts for Splat, Color Oops, No Gray and Satin.
  • Conduct regular staging reviews and QA checks before site updates go live.
  • Assist with landing page coordination, VTO setups, and promotional banner updates.
  • Maintain accuracy of product imagery, copy, and SEO metadata across active PDPs.
  • Assist with content updates and accuracy checks for retailer PDP pages across Walmart.com, Target.com, CVS, and other active partners.
  • Support Syndigo data feed updates and flag discrepancies during routine audits.
  • Monitor and resolve listing issues across Amazon (Quality Dashboard) and Walmart 3P including suppressed listings, compliance flags, and content errors escalating to the Senior Ecommerce & Digital Manager when resolution requires agency involvement or exceeds platform access.
  • Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows using the company's email platform (Klaviyo or equivalent).
  • Ensure campaigns are segmented correctly, visually accurate, and deployed on schedule.
  • Pull email performance reports and share results with the Ecommerce Manager.
  • Assist with keyword research, metadata updates, and onsite search improvements.
  • Monitor site performance using Google Analytics or similar tools and flag anomalies.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Ecommerce & Digital Manager and Webimax on search suppression recommendations that have SEO or metadata implications, ensuring reputation management actions are aligned with broader onsite and search optimization strategy.
  • Assist with implementing promotional setups, discount codes, and bundle configurations.
  • Support workback calendar tracking and asset collection for product launches and seasonal events.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Brand teams to ensure assets are delivered to platform specs on time.
  • Support the Senior Ecommerce & Digital Manager in coordinating paid social and search asset requirements for Brand/Creative. Track what assets are needed for upcoming campaigns, confirm platform specs and format requirements with the Senior Ecommerce & Digital Manager, and flag production gaps or timing risks promptly.
  • Confirm landing page readiness and campaign tracking link validation before launch windows.
  • Serve as the internal resource for international distributor partners needing digital commerce content and assets, including PDPs, product imagery, copy, A+ content, and channel-specific creative formatted for their markets.
  • Coordinate with the ecommerce team to ensure international asset requests are fulfilled accurately and on schedule; this is a supporting function, not a primary workstream.
