About The Position

The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across social media platforms, creating and publishing engaging digital content, managing social media calendars, community engagement, and performance reporting. This role involves monitoring comments, reviews, and online conversations, coordinating paid social media advertising campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels. Additionally, the manager will write, edit, and publish website content, blogs, newsletters, and community updates, assist with marketing campaigns and member communications, and produce recurring publications. The position also requires managing website content, landing pages, registration forms, and digital resources, optimizing digital marketing platforms, updating online community resources, and assisting with website troubleshooting and user experience improvements. Graphic design responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets for various channels, while supporting brand standards. Event marketing support, including creating promotional materials and attendee communications, and occasional photography and video content capture are also part of the role. The manager will represent the Las Colinas Association at community events and partner activations. Project management duties include managing multiple projects, coordinating with vendors and partners, maintaining organized digital assets, and assisting with departmental planning and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, content creation or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry-standard graphic design tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills.
  • Solid project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience creating content across various digital channels, including websites, email marketing and social media.
  • Experience with website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
