About The Position

The Digital Marketer & Demand Generation Specialist will be a key driver of marketing strategy and execution, focusing on generating qualified leads and establishing a strong market presence. You will develop and run multi-channel campaigns, manage content creation, and implement account-based marketing strategies that align with sales priorities. The role involves close collaboration with commercial and product marketing teams to optimize campaigns, track performance, and refine strategies for measurable business impact. You will also own digital initiatives, including SEO, paid search, and social campaigns, while leveraging AI tools to enhance content and targeting. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software
  • Proven experience in demand generation with measurable pipeline contributions
  • Hands-on experience in account-based marketing (ABM), SEO, paid search, and paid social campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Skilled in content creation, presentation development, and customer communications
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization and ROI demonstration
  • Creative problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a startup environment

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing efforts is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop and implement targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies aligned with sales objectives
  • Create compelling content, including white papers, case studies, webinars, videos, blogs, and customer presentations
  • Organize and execute webinars and other events, managing the process from concept to post-event follow-up
  • Drive inbound traffic and lead generation through SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and paid search/social campaigns
  • Build and optimize conversion paths across the customer journey, tracking metrics and ROI
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and commercial teams to align messaging, content, and campaign strategies
