About The Position

Knightscope designs and operates Autonomous Security Robots (ASRs) that safeguard people and property around the clock. Our fleet of ASRs combines robotics, edge AI, and cloud services to deliver actionable, real‑time intelligence to clients nation-wide. This position is an in-person role working at our Sunnyvale, California office. Knightscope is seeking a B2B Demand Generation Specialist to own the execution and optimization of paid demand programs across LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipeline through smart targeting, strong messaging, rapid testing, and disciplined optimization. This is a hands-on execution role that requires deep experience running B2B paid media programs at meaningful budget levels and optimizing toward qualified leads and pipeline, not basic awareness or consumer-style campaigns. You will be expected to learn the product and buyer quickly, get campaigns live fast, and continuously improve performance based on data. This role is ideal for someone who has operated in complex B2B environments, understands decision-maker targeting, and is excited to market a physical product in the security and public safety space.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 or more years of experience in B2B demand generation or paid media
  • Proven, hands-on ownership of LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube campaigns with demonstrated impact on lead quality, conversion, and pipeline
  • Substantial experience running LinkedIn and Google Ads as primary channels for B2B demand generation, not as a minor add-on to other marketing responsibilities
  • Experience marketing to decision-makers in B2B environments with long or complex sales cycles
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and act quickly
  • Bias toward execution and ownership, not waiting for perfect assets or direction
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small, fast-moving team
  • Able to clearly explain past campaign structure, targeting decisions, testing approach, budget ranges, and results in concrete terms

  • Strong preference for experience in security, physical products, enterprise technology, or industrial B2B

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, launch, and optimize B2B paid media programs across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search and Display, and YouTube with real budgets and clear performance goals
  • Own campaign execution end to end, including targeting strategy, budgets, bidding, creative testing, and ongoing optimization
  • Build and manage retargeting programs, product-focused campaigns, and full-funnel demand initiatives
  • Move quickly from idea to execution without reliance on agencies or prolonged approval cycles
  • Develop a strong understanding of Knightscope’s products, buyers, and buying committees
  • Translate complex product value into clear, compelling campaign messaging
  • Build and test audiences focused on decision-makers and influencers across relevant industries and use cases
  • Iterate messaging and offers based on performance data rather than assumptions
  • Own performance tracking, reporting, and optimization across all paid channels
  • Analyze results to understand what is working, what is not, and why
  • Run ongoing tests across creative, audiences, offers, and landing experiences
  • Optimize toward lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution, not vanity metrics
  • Partner closely with Marketing Operations to ensure clean tracking, attribution, and data flow
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and sales as needed, while maintaining momentum and execution speed
  • Share insights and learnings that improve overall go-to-market effectiveness
  • Help establish internal best practices for B2B demand generation at Knightscope
  • Identify gaps in tools, assets, or process and propose practical, execution-oriented solutions
  • Contribute to building a faster, more effective in-house demand generation motion
