Demand Generation Strategist Description - The Demand Strategist develops data-driven campaign strategies that align with commercial business priorities, orchestrating integrated programs that create, nurture, and convert demand. This senior individual contributor partners closely with WW and category HPS & ACS leads, thought leadership, comms, & creator/influencer teams; sales, growth marketing, and digital activation to ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes across acquisition, retention, and expansion. Key Responsibilities Own demand strategy for assigned business priorities, from audience definition through campaign execution and performance optimization. Emphasis on ACS portfolio growth including alignment to pan-HP and related vertical growth segments like AEC and PD&M. Translate BU growth objectives into full-funnel marketing plans, integrating digital, content, and channel tactics, leveraging owned, earned and paid activations. Serve as SME for business relevant competitive strategies and GTM opportunities across commercial RTMs. Maintain expertise in critical markets like AEC and PD&M, as well as key indirect channel growth segments to ensure tight connectivity of business strategy to marketing plans. Collaborate w/ peers in Store, Enterprise and Channels to develop a unified "One HP" GTM strategy, ensuring proper marketing coverage across RTM strategies while limiting overlap in investment plans. Partner with Growth Marketing and Marketing Program leads to ensure data-driven optimization and ongoing experiment learning loops. Represent marketing in alignment meetings with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Channel leadership. Contribute to global campaign planning and share insights on performance and best practices w/ WW & market peers. Define journeys and messaging in partnership with content and CX teams. Support strategic prioritization in commercial influencer strategies Track and communicate performance against funnel targets. The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
