About The Position

Founded at the birth of the building automation industry in 1983 as Kele & Associates (now Kele Companies), we became the first building automation distributor to offer an all-inclusive platform. Over the next 40 years, Kele Companies has grown into a world class Building Automation Systems distributor with its headquarters remaining strategically located in Memphis, TN and branch locations positioned in 7 states throughout the U.S. Every member of the Kele Companies team plays a key role in delivering on our promise of: “We Make It Easy.” We are currently hiring for the role of Demand Generation Analyst. Summary The Demand Generation Analyst supports Kele’s demand generation efforts by assisting with reporting, performance monitoring, and audience management across paid media, co-op marketing, and omnichannel programs. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer, a candidate pivoting from a more creative or content-focused marketing background, or an analytically minded professional building stronger performance marketing skills. The candidates we’re looking for in this role won’t need to be a fully formed performance strategist on day one. What matters most is the ability to spot patterns and anomalies in the data, ask smart follow-up questions, and develop the muscle of connecting what happened (performance signals) to why it happened (audience intent, channel behavior, funnel dynamics) and what we should do next (test ideas, targeting shifts, messaging opportunities). The analyst will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation, agency partners, and cross-functional teams. This is a growth role with strong mentorship and increasing ownership over time.
