About The Position

The Digital Marketer & Demand Generation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for innovative healthcare technology solutions. This position combines strategic campaign design with hands-on content creation, digital marketing, and analytics to accelerate pipeline growth. You will work closely with marketing and commercial leadership to develop account-based campaigns, create compelling content, and optimize multi-channel strategies. The role offers significant autonomy, the opportunity to shape marketing programs from the ground up, and direct impact on company growth and positioning as a thought leader. Collaboration across product, sales, and marketing teams will be key to delivering measurable results. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in demand generation with measurable pipeline contributions.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid search, paid social, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and execution.
  • Proficiency in creating content across multiple channels and formats, including presentations, copy, and digital assets.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solver, self-starter, and highly organized to manage multiple projects in a startup environment.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies, including account-based marketing campaigns aligned with sales priorities.
  • Design and create content across multiple formats (white papers, case studies, e-books, webinars, videos, presentations) to engage target audiences and support the buyer’s journey.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), paid search, and social campaigns with a focus on ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; optimize campaigns and conversion paths for maximum engagement and impact.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, content, and outreach strategies.
  • Organize and execute webinars and events, managing all aspects from concept to post-event follow-up.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing processes, content creation, and campaign optimization.
