About The Position

At PwC, this role in operations consulting specializes in providing consulting services focused on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Individuals in this role analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Specifically within product development and manufacturing, the manager will improve product development and manufacturing processes by working closely with clients to analyze lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. This includes providing guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. The manager is expected to enhance their leadership style, motivate, develop, and inspire others, coaching team members, leveraging their strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With a growing knowledge of business, the manager identifies opportunities contributing to the Firm's success, leads with integrity and authenticity, and embraces technology and innovation.

Requirements

  • Prior Consulting Experience
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5 year(s)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success in leading or facilitating project management or client consultations in the areas of product development and manufacturing.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Digital Manufacturing Application (MES, CMMS, QMS) Configuration and/or Deployment.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Digital Twin.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Digital Manufacturing Strategy Development.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Digital Manufacturing Blueprint & Design.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Digital Manufacturing Control Systems Design & Deployment.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Manufacturing Decision Support & Analytics.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Machine Connectivity.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Industrial IoT and Cloud Solutions.
