As a Digital Learning Designer, Senior Associate, you will own the full lifecycle of digital learning products from instructional analysis and storyboarding through hands-on eLearning development, publishing, and iteration. Supporting Banking Operations, you will partner with business stakeholders to diagnose performance needs, recommend learning and non-learning interventions, and design and build digital learning solutions that drive measurable improvements in skill, behavior, and business outcomes. You will apply instructional design expertise, visual storytelling, interaction design, and emerging technologies including generative AI to create modern microlearning’s in an agile environment.
