Meet The Team Inside Sales is a key component of the Hitachi Vantara Strategic Partners & Alliances Organization. Our mission is to grow new business in our commercial segment and strengthen our partner ecosystem. In addition to pipeline generation activities, our inside sales teams will focus on initiatives to ensure our partners are maximizing the benefits of our partner program. Inside Sales is the talent engine for Sales with diverse and motivated individuals that consistently deliver profitable growth. We are a dynamic team centrally located in Dallas, TX, that brings a culture of collaboration and energy to work every day. This is a hybrid role, which requires (2 days) in-office attendance weekly. What You Will Be Doing Are you interested in being challenged and appreciated while embarking on a dynamic career? Equip partners with the knowledge, tools and resources to help them leverage the benefits of our partner program, deepen their relationship and succeed long term with Hitachi. Develop in-bound marketing leads into active opportunities through omni-channel digital engagement and collaboration with your territory team. Develop new install base opportunities through informed campaigns and collaboration with your territory team. Execute outbound commercial campaigns to drive growth to meet our commercial goals. Become a trusted advisor to help our partners and customers with their immediate needs, as well as their long term goals. Drive growth in your region and account base. Be responsible for driving new business, as well as fostering your account base. What You Bring To The Team (Qualifications) 3+ years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent technology or industry A love for IT and ability to tap into technology Desire for professional development Experience guiding the full sales cycle with channel partners is a plus Highly motivated with a "hunter spirit" to prospect, uncover and develop new opportunities and grow business Demonstrate strong sales achievement (i.e., consistent achievement at or above quota, or a history YoY growth in your target market) Passionate about sales and building positive relationships Possess strong business acumen and can articulate the value of a solution to address customers’ current and future needs Engage in active listening to identify customers’ pain and help them derive the value and potential impact of a timely solution Phenomenal communication/presentation skills Flexible and resilient problem solver; our strongest teammates have a sense of urgency to resolve issues Thrive in a team environment and enjoy sharing ideas and best practices Take pride in your positive, upbeat energy Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Goal-oriented and motivated by performance rewards Seek to achieve and exceed annual goals A strong collaborator with internal and external stakeholders Model the Hitachi values of Harmony, Sincerity and Pioneering Spirit in every action. Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent technology or industry
  • A love for IT and ability to tap into technology
  • Desire for professional development

  • Demonstrate strong sales achievement (i.e., consistent achievement at or above quota, or a history YoY growth in your target market)
