This role focuses on developing and maintaining enterprise-level information architecture for digital platforms and knowledge ecosystems. The Digital Information Architect will be responsible for creating scalable information frameworks that support content reusability, discoverability, personalization, and structured publishing. Key activities include information mapping, process modeling, content audits, and collaborating with UX teams to ensure IA aligns with user needs and accessibility standards. The role also involves establishing governance models for metadata quality and content lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Collaboration with various teams including Product Management, Engineering, UX/CX, Content Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders is crucial for aligning IA with product strategies and business needs. Optimization of search and findability through metadata strategies and user analytics is also a key responsibility. The role requires working with enterprise systems like CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, and knowledge management systems, and evaluating new technologies for structured content and intelligent information delivery.
