Digital designers bring silicon to life. In this role you will define, develop, and refine the digital heart of our power management devices—translating system intent into micro-architecture, RTL, and ultimately production-ready hardware. You will partner closely with system, analog, verification, and product engineering teams to align on the approach and parameters for each device, own block-level specifications, and carry designs through concept, implementation, and validation into mass production. Along the way you will analyze data and prove out methods that meet demanding performance, quality, and reliability targets. If you are looking to join an ingenious, ambitious, and collaborative team that consistently delivers groundbreaking technology into the world of custom power, this is your opportunity. Our PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuits) group designs the power backbone for the most demanding applications in the industry. We deliver PMIC products for automotive Infotainment, Autonomous Driving, EDS, and Zonal Control systems, and we design high-performance power chips for microprocessors and DDR memories. Our portfolio spans both non–functional-safety parts and automotive functional-safety-compliant designs built to Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) standards—so you will gain exposure across the full spectrum of design rigor. This is a place where innovative thinking and automation are not just welcomed—they are expected. We actively encourage engineers to modernize how digital design gets done, including a high aptitude for learning, developing, and integrating modern AI flows into our design methodologies. Proficiency in scripting and with AI tools such as Claude is a plus, and can be developed on the job for the right candidate.
