About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Health Technologies Manager to join our Global Clinical Trial Services team, supporting our global clinical development organization in an on-site work model. In this role, you will lead the implementation of digital tools and technologies across clinical research studies while collaborating with study teams, vendors, and key stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant industry experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including eCOA systems development processes.
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines and directives.
  • Technical proficiency with trial management systems and Microsoft Project Server.
  • Demonstrated vendor management experience.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to understand and implement strategic direction for clinical studies.
  • Data-driven planning, execution, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proactive time management, prioritization skills, and awareness of industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of digital tools and technologies across one or more clinical research studies.
  • Define study-level strategies for implementation, validation, and maintenance of digital technologies.
  • Provide digital technology expertise for protocol development, supplier selection, and escalations.
  • Manage vendor performance, KPIs, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and study-level issue resolution.
  • Execute project planning, risk management, change control, documentation, and study closeout activities.
  • Support licensing, purchasing, training development, translations, and UAT execution.
  • Drive eSource expansion strategies and innovative clinical trial technology initiatives.
  • Train and mentor new staff.
