Supports continuity of care by managing virtual workflows, engaging in proactive monitoring, and facilitating timely interventions. Through compassionate engagement and technical proficiency, enhances patient outcomes by maintaining consistent communication and ensuring seamless access to healthcare services. This approach helps optimize the quality of life for patients receiving care at home or in virtual intensive care settings.
