About The Position

This candidate will have experience in social media support, managing social media enablement tools (Emplifi, Sprout, etc.), and strong organizational skills. They will work to cover governance of Aramark’s vast social media landscape and provide direct assistance with LOBs to support field marketers and drive social media success. They will also cover governance for Aramark’s Digital Asset Management tool, ADAM. This role will host virtual training modules for new team members in the field and will be the go-to person for question and guidance for our social media tools. This role will also be the SME of digital governance practices across the Digital Marketing technology suite. This role will manage ongoing support of the Aramark.com external-facing AI Chatbot, AVA. This role is a key support for AVA, including request tracking, web and data updates, analytics and lead tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience
  • Proven experience managing high quantity of social media credentials and logins
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating relationships with social media platform reps (Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with managing social media enablement tools (Emplifi, Sprout, Sprinklr, etc.)
  • Self-motivated individual with creative problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and contribute; superior time-management skills and demonstrated track record of taking initiative
  • Organizational skills, experience with high-volume request queues and spreadsheet management preferred
  • Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively, display a professional and positive demeanor and build professional rapport by demonstrating active oral, written, presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and analytics and recommend strategy and tactics to improve results
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple stakeholders and departments while ensuring deadlines are met in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Experience with AI chatbot platforms; agentic AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert on social media best practices to provide guidance to field marketing teams
  • Assist with social media strategy development including social media content calendars, community management, listening, and data analysis for Aramark-facing B2B and client-facing B2C accounts
  • Identify and track social KPIs; Build analytics dashboards to measure performance and success
  • Help teams analyze results on campaigns and recommend changes to strategy where necessary
  • Work in support role for AVA, Aramark’s AI chatbot
  • Subject matter expert on AI Chatbot functionality, analytics, vendor management, etc. to assist in building continuous improvement
  • Support user governance for ADAM, Aramark’s digital asset management platform where directed
  • Login credential management of 500+ Aramark social media account handles
  • Administrative support of Emplifi, ownership of all new user requests and structured onboarding
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on developing corporate enablement tools and social best practice documentation
  • Conduct continuous training and support for all Emplifi users
  • Manage and improve team’s intranet website
  • Serve as project resource on future digital marketing projects outside of key scope as needed
