Requirements

  • Advanced study or training past the high school equivalency at a community college, vocational, business, technical, or correspondence school, and 3 years’ experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytic thinking skills
  • Ability to solve problems in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ability to work independently or in a group setting as dictated; able to multitask
  • Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written formats
  • Ability to effectively interpret and apply technical documentation and specifications
  • Ability to provide an objective overview of situations
  • Willingness to accept challenges, handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve digital gaming incidents and player complaints, with the guidance of your manager, to ensure minimal impact on the digital gaming platform and players
  • Support day-to-day monitoring of the digital gaming platform by utilizing backend systems to review reports and complaints to detect any issues or anomalies and take corrective actions
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical incidents or player complaints and appropriately identify when incidents need to be escalated
  • Maintain documentation for troubleshooting, system configurations, processes and procedures, and platform training material
