About The Position

cFocus Software is seeking a Digital Forensics Analyst to join our program supporting the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC). This position is Hybrid, with the primary onsite location being in Washington, DC. A Public Trust clearance is required for this role.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust clearance
• B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Three (3) years of experience in digital forensics.
• Expertise in disk, memory and registry analysis using industry standard tools such as Axiom, EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, Volatility.
• Strong understanding of file systems and Operating System artifacts including (SRUM, Shellbags and Prefetch).
• Familiarity with federal evidence guidelines and chain of custody requirements.
