About The Position

The Digital Experience (UI/UX) Lead is a technical SME and strategic advisor who bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy and digital implementation. Serving as the "Experience Architect" across the Global Infrastructure brands of Sidara (TYLin, Introba, and Landrum & Brown), this individual ensures every digital marketing touchpoint—including web, social, email, and digital ads—is intuitive, conversion-optimized, and built with a deep understanding of responsive technical constraints. We are looking for a functional lead who creates journey-based digital blueprints and governs digital design standards to ensure our Digital Delivery team can execute with speed and brand precision.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in UI/UX design, digital art direction, and experience design governance, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other high-fidelity prototyping tools.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first logic.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating a focus on user psychology, sophisticated visual logic, and scalable design systems.
  • A highly collaborative, standards-driven specialist mentality with the ability to lead functional design through influence.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate high-level troubleshooting with development teams.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for design prototyping, user testing, or workflow acceleration.
  • Experience with advanced visual tools such as Maglr, Ceros, or Foleon to elevate digital visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary digital translator for the Brand and Creative Studio teams, ensuring that overarching brand narratives are successfully adapted into high-performing digital interfaces without overstepping core brand visual laws.
  • Establish and champion digital-specific design standards that support strategic conversion goals while maintaining visual sophistication across all digital channels.
  • Act as the key functional advisor to Demand Generation and Digital Infrastructure on how to translate complex business objectives into user-centric, responsive digital blueprints.
  • Architect and maintain a comprehensive Digital Experience Design System (UI kits, master templates, and components) to ensure brand consistency and governance across web, email, social, and digital advertising templates.
  • Ensure all digital designs are fully responsive, accessible (WCAG compliant), and optimized for technical performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Infrastructure lead to ensure all design blueprints are technically feasible within the CMS architecture prior to production handoff.
  • Design high-fidelity user journeys and wireframes for global websites, email systems, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation Lead to architect visual journeys that realize the specific lead-gen logic and performance goals of integrated campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a library of "Master Templates" (Canva, Email, and Web) that empower content teams to produce high-quality assets within approved UX guardrails.
  • Serve as the "Experience Bridge" between Demand Generation and Digital Infrastructure. This role provides blueprints and mockups to Digital Infrastructure for technical vetting before they are moved into the Digital Delivery team for execution.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative Studio leads to preserve global brand aesthetics while optimizing for the specific functional logic required for digital marketing platforms.
  • Leverage UX analytics, heatmaps, and behavioral data to refine visual strategies and prove the ROI of improved user experiences.
  • Continuously refine digital components based on user feedback and performance data to maximize engagement across the global digital ecosystem.
