Position Summary The Digital Experience Strategist strengthens CUWAA's digital ecosystem by writing, implementing, and optimizing digital content and experiences that guide prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. This hands-on role develops and maintains digital-first content across landing pages, program pages, and mid-funnel experiences, ensuring alignment with paid media, CRM workflows, and Concordia's brand and mission. The strategist executes content updates within established platforms, uses data and testing to improve conversion, and leverages AI-enabled tools to support content development, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
