About The Position

Collaborate with members of the Digital Experience team to assist in the execution of strategy. Provide tactical assistance to the coordinators and managers to ensure campaigns and events are successfully executed. Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital experience with at least 2 years focused on ecommerce
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to balance scope, cost, risk and quality while facilitating a high level of performance and agility across all teams
  • Ability to lead and educate business partners, cross-functional team members, and suppliers
  • Strong project leadership, prioritization, assessment, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of individual work styles
  • Strong understanding of the process and critical steps needed to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns/assets
  • Ability to lead and motivate others while maintaining and building positive business relationships and partnerships
  • Proficient knowledge of digital marketing, user experience and ecommerce best practices

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree marketing, business or a related area
  • 2+ years of experience with a large retailer, multi-brand company and/or agency
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing production processes along with campaign management experience

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with coordinators, site merchandisers and content team to execute strategic campaigns
  • Ensure project goals are defined and monitored to keep initiatives on track
  • Manage concurrent projects, deliverables, timelines, and notifications for all site experience requests
  • Review design requests for cohesion and logic and gather requirements and assets
  • Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow and project processes
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement a standardized QA process
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing and email teams to coordinate seamless customer communication flows
  • Complete competitor reviews and examples of best in class experiences
