About The Position

In this remote role, you will assist clients with coordinating personalized leisure arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation through completion. Requirements

  • Reside in the United States or Mexico (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet access

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and budgets
  • Research and coordinate accommodations, transportation, and related services
  • Manage reservations, confirmations, and client documentation
  • Prepare detailed summaries and itineraries
  • Communicate with partners and vendors to ensure accurate arrangements
  • Handle updates, schedule changes, and alternative solutions professionally
  • Maintain organized client records and service details
  • Provide timely, responsive customer support throughout the planning process
