Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet access
  • 18 years of age or older
  • U.S. or Mexico residency preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client support
  • Coordinate reservations, scheduling, and confirmations
  • Provide professional, timely responses to client inquiries
  • Research options and present tailored solutions
  • Manage updates, changes, and adjustments accurately
