Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and calmly handle multiple customers at one time
- Display high energy with a passion to succeed and to become a valued team member
- Embrace training and continually improve knowledge
- Self-motivated and strong Team player
- Strong computer skills are essential
- Proven customer service experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment
- Available 40+ hours, some Saturdays may be required
