Lead a flagship, enterprise-level modernization initiative that will transform the employee experience Work within a highly skilled matrixed team of internal stakeholders and vendor partners Influence architecture, delivery strategy, roadmap decisions, and vendor accountability Operate in a PM/PO hybrid capacity—ideal for someone who excels at both delivery and product thinking Join a supportive, people-first culture at Trissential while working with a client who values innovation and collaboration Your Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery for the full digital employee experience modernization Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional communication Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, technology teams, UX/content partners, and external vendors Direct vendor performance related to SLAs, deliverables, contracts, and quality expectations Support Product Owner responsibilities including backlog refinement, gathering requirements, and sprint prioritization Guide cross-functional teams across business, UX, and technical domains to keep milestones on track Provide frequent and clear updates to senior leaders and executive stakeholders Ensure alignment across business units to support a unified delivery approach

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience leading complex, senior-level project delivery
  • Strong background managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
  • Hands-on experience driving Digital Employee Experience (DEX) or digital workplace initiatives
  • Ability to operate in both Project Manager and Product Owner capacities
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels—from technical teams to executive leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
  • Background in UX design, content strategy, or digital product delivery
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, or related credentials (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for the full digital employee experience modernization
