The Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Arbitration Forums' member-facing digital experience platform. This role plays a key part in delivering unified and personalized member experience by building and maintaining a centralized portal that provides seamless access to business applications, analytics dashboards, reports, APIs, content, and self-service capabilities. The DXP Developer works closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and technology partners to create engaging, secure, and scalable digital experiences. This role is responsible for implementing personalization capabilities, user and member persona management, platform integrations, and digital experiences that improve member engagement and satisfaction. This role is expected to interact with AF employees and members to solicit feedback on digital experiences, platform usability, and solution effectiveness, and to make recommendations for continuous improvement based on customer insights and business needs.
