About The Position

If selected for the internship, you must be able to commit to the full 12 months and be enrolled at a university or technical college throughout the length of the internship. What You’ll Do:The Digital Experience intern will provide overall support to the Digital Experience team by assisting with data analytics, website optimization, and communication management.

Requirements

  • Enrolled at a University throughout the length of the internship, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Technology, Information Communication Technology, or other related field
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting software (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize), SEO principles, HTML, CSS, and enterprise technology (CRMs, Marketing Automation).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, use digital solutions, and share experiences with the team, with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and relevant coursework in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and report on digital marketing initiatives (Google AdWords, Social Media, Online & Mobile banking) and optimize the website using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Optimize.
  • Analyze data to improve chatbot interactions and expand its knowledge base by adding frequently asked questions.
  • Enhance website SEO using tools like Moz Pro, Site Improve, and Google Search Console, and assist with email communications and drip campaigns.
  • Conduct marketing research, including keyword research, and assist in creating and maintaining Member Journey Maps.
  • Provide digital support to the Digital Experience team, meet performance goals, and comply with the Bank Secrecy Act.
