About The Position

The Digital Experience & Optimization Specialist is responsible for publishing, maintaining, and optimizing digital content across the websites of Cordell & Cordell, the nation’s largest family law firm. This role analyzes website performance and user behavior to improve engagement, usability, and conversion, and translates data into clear, actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is a technically adept marketer with hands-on experience in WordPress publishing who is comfortable analyzing web traffic, user behavior, and site performance. They can identify opportunities for improvement across content, layout, and calls to action, and implement updates informed by data and testing. This position is well suited for an analyst who can execute core content publishing, performance analysis, and data visualization responsibilities independently, while collaborating closely with marketing, digital, analytics, and agency partners in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, web content publishing, web analytics, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in WordPress.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX/UI design principles.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, propose tests, and drive outcomes without waiting for instruction.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in professional services or legal marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and digital marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with user behavior and testing tools (e.g., LogRocket, heat mapping platforms).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web development concepts.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reporting for executive and marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish website content using WordPress and related CMS platforms.
  • Ensure all digital content is on-brand, accurate, and optimized for SEO.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and legal teams to create, edit, and update content in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on website performance metrics including traffic, engagement, conversions, and CTAs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize UX/UI and content performance.
  • Provide actionable insights from data analysis to inform marketing strategy and website improvements.
  • Recommend and implement user experience and design improvements based on analytics and best practices.
  • Support creation and optimization of landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve lead capture and engagement.
  • Ensure website usability and accessibility standards are maintained across devices and browsers.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Local Office Marketing, and Digital teams to align content strategy and digital initiatives.
  • Manage work and requests using Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and WordPress development updates.
