The ideal candidate is a technically adept marketer with hands-on experience in WordPress publishing who is comfortable analyzing web traffic, user behavior, and site performance. They can identify opportunities for improvement across content, layout, and calls to action, and implement updates informed by data and testing. This position is well suited for an analyst who can execute core content publishing, performance analysis, and data visualization responsibilities independently, while collaborating closely with marketing, digital, analytics, and agency partners in a performance-driven environment.
