As a marketing generalist at PwC, you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firm's products or services. You will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and analyse campaign performance. You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. The Opportunity As part of the Digital Experience Content Hub team you lead the charge in transforming customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. As a Senior Manager, you drive large-scale projects and foster operational excellence, leveraging your strategic advising skills to influence outcomes and deliver exceptional results. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of digital marketing, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to create impactful customer experiences.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 6 years of experience in martech, CDP, CRM, data engineering, or marketing analytics

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Advertising preferred
  • Certification(s) preferred: Adobe Experience Platform Sales Accreditation, Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Business Practitioner Professional, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Business Practitioner Professional
  • Demonstrating in-depth experience with Customer Data Platforms
  • Architecting end-to-end AEP/RTCDP dataflows
  • Building 360-degree customer profiles for analytics
  • Managing projects across the entire lifecycle
  • Applying audience-based digital marketing experience
