About The Position
The Government & Public Sector (GPS) Digital Engineering practice at EY is dedicated to helping organizations solve complex problems through purpose-led transformation. This involves creating innovative digital experiences to ensure client success. The practice uniquely combines an understanding of public sector mission needs with private sector leading practices, assembling skilled professionals from Consulting, Assurance, Tax, and Strategy and Transactions service lines to meet unique client requirements. The role involves advising U.S. government agencies on digital strategy, customer experience, process improvement, technology effectiveness, digital architecture, and program integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Medicaid Eligibility
- Experience in working for a Medicaid Agency or a Medicaid Fiscal Agent/Vendor.

Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their business requirements.
- Execute decision making based on understanding of various policies.
- Work as a resource for the entire team supporting them with the necessary Medicaid Eligibility knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team and the client to ensure that the team is following the latest guidance from the client.
- Support people-related initiatives, including recruiting events and interview nights.
- Support and participate in internal, firm activities, including training programs and courses to stay current on training requirements and continuously improve technical skills.
- Understand and follow all workplace policies and procedures, including all applicable Independence policies.
