Requirements

Experience with performing systems engineering and scientific analysis, and developing systems engineering products
Knowledge of software programming and using automation or AI to enhance work
Ability to display a strong desire to learn new technologies, tools, and engineering practices quickly, and apply new skills with confidence
Ability to establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders or teammates to achieve goals
Ability to break down complex problems into practical, manageable steps
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Nice To Haves

Experience with practical Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
Experience with project management, product testing, quality assurance, or quality control
Experience utilizing DevSecOps tools such as GitHub Actions to build and manage CI/CD pipelines
Experience with software development, including with RESTFul APIs, Node.js, JavaScript, or React
Experience with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, LLM model registries such as Hugging Face, and embedding models and vector databases
Experience with tools such as MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter
Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
