About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital Environmental, Health and Sustainability (EHS&S) Team. Our Digital EHS&S services help our clients deploy enterprise Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) software solutions. In this role, you will lead project teams to ensure the successful implementation of the EHS&S software solutions focusing on Cority. You will be working on projects as the guiding expert helping to advise our internal teams on software system design, configuration, and deployment. As a subject matter expert in the system, you will provide best practices and deep technical expertise in the functionality and configuration. You will also be the main point of contact for our clients. The role also includes business development including lead generation and opportunity pursuit with our current clients as well as targeted key accounts.

Requirements

8 years of experience working within EHS&S software solutions with emphasis on Cority preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related
Experience with some of the following domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, health & safety, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, or occupational health
Strong leadership ability
Team player mindset
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead teams through the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment. This includes working with clients to understand, refine and document their needs and requirements in a design specification, leading and supporting configuration teams, conducting system testing, creating strategies, and executing system integration and data migration plans and lead final system preparation for go-live.
Serve as senior technical system configuration expert by leading teams of technical configuration staff as well as performing advanced configuration.
As a subject matter expert provide functionality and configuration best practices for the software.
Provide support sustainment and ongoing support services.
Assist with business development activities within the highly dynamic and growing EHS&S market, driving sustained growth, and delivering an unparalleled client experience.
Help the Digital EHS&S growth team and will work with business line leadership including Technical Solutions, Client Development and Operations.
