Role SummaryThe Digital Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for the hands-on execution of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid digital, and CRM platforms. This role works closely with analytics, creative, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and optimized for performance. This position requires working hours aligned with the United States, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders within this time zone. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience executing digital direct marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Experience analyzing campaign data and translating insights into optimization actions.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools, campaign builders, and analytics dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent project coordination skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HTML email editing and basic design tools.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and journey orchestration tools.
  • Exposure to paid media audiences and retargeting strategies.
  • Marketing analytics experience using tools such as Google Analytics or BI dashboards.
  • Certification in digital marketing or marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end digital direct marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and targeted digital advertising.
  • Build and manage audience segmentation using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Develop and deploy personalized customer journeys aligned to lifecycle stages and behavioral triggers.
  • Coordinate campaign setup, QA, deployment, and post-launch validation to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creative, timing, and targeting strategies to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling, on-brand marketing assets.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure campaigns align with broader business initiatives.
  • Support database hygiene, compliance, and opt-in/opt-out management in accordance with regulations.
  • Generate performance reports and actionable insights to guide optimization strategies.
  • Assist with lead nurturing programs and retention marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and customer engagement best practices.
