We are seeking a strategic and performance-focused Digital Direct Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing programs that accelerate growth and deepen customer relationships.This role is designed for a leader who can translate business objectives into measurable digital strategies, guide campaign execution teams, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness through analytics, innovation, and customer insight. Role SummaryThe Digital Direct Marketing Manager owns the direct-to-customer digital marketing strategy and oversees campaign delivery across channels. This role leads a team of marketing specialists, manages marketing technology utilization, and drives performance through segmentation, automation, and data-led decision-making. This position requires working hours aligned with the United States, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders within this time zone. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Proven success developing and scaling direct-to-customer marketing strategies in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and customer segmentation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing campaign lifecycles from concept through execution and optimization.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting ROI, and aligning spend to performance outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and customer journey design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing or optimizing marketing technology stacks (MarTech integrations, CDPs, AI-driven personalization).
  • Background in high-growth, technology-enabled, or performance marketing environments.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall digital direct marketing strategy aligned with acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Lead the planning and orchestration of multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, digital media, and CRM ecosystems.
  • Manage and mentor marketing specialists, ensuring operational excellence and professional development.
  • Establish segmentation frameworks and lifecycle marketing programs to deliver highly personalized experiences.
  • Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform future strategy.
  • Own campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer value, and return on marketing investment.
  • Partner with analytics, product, and sales teams to align messaging with customer insights and business priorities.
  • Oversee marketing automation platforms and ensure tools are fully leveraged to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement testing strategies (A/B, multivariate, journey optimization) to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing governance standards.
  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify new technologies, channels, and innovations to enhance digital engagement and competitive positioning.
