About The Position

The California School Employees Association (CSEA) is seeking a creative and passionate Digital Designer to join their team at their headquarters in San Jose, CA. This role involves designing media across print, digital, and video formats to enhance the CSEA brand and engage members. The Digital Designer will work collaboratively with other designers and partners to produce dynamic publications and social media content. CSEA represents over 250,000 members in school districts across California, providing essential support services to students. Requirements

Three years experience designing brilliant print, digital and/or user media
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects
Positive, with perfect communication and customer service skills
A strong design aesthetic with a sharp eye and intuitive perception
Track record in producing cutting-edge designs while respecting our brand
Ability to work and adapt to a fast paced environment
Ability to imagine and create high-quality work on many projects with tight deadlines
Self-confidence, flexibility, high initiative, attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Apple Macintosh operating system and Final Cut Pro
Bachelors degree in graphics or digital design or related field
