About The Position

The Designer position will hold split duties between supporting Art Directors in concepting and creative production, across all channels of the brand, as well as supporting Art Directors in daily tasks that come up. Candidate should be excited about the brand, have a positive attitude, and excited to learn. Organization and ability to prioritize are critical and must show initiative and ability to work in a team environment under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
• Complete fluency and proficiency in the use of a Mac and Adobe Suite programs.
• Strong creative production, organization, and design skills
• Must be highly organized
• Self-motivated and independent thinker
• Passionate Concepter and wanting to push the brand to new limits
• Up to date on latest trends in Fashion, especially social trends
• Strong communication skills
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Team player

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years in a Design role/experience preferred. This can include an internship
• Previous fashion experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Designing in a forward-thinking lens and creating campaigns for the upcoming fashion season.
• Supporting in executing comps/ideas/mocks for weekly and/or leadership presentations.
• Bringing pitched concepts to life and/or helping execute already concepted campaigns under the supervision of the Art Director (whether that is in the form of social, email, or site content).
• Executing creative production in a fast-paced, daily/weekly timeline for the current fashion season.
