The Digital Control System Engineering Manager will lead & develop a project team of technical resources responsible for design, integration and testing on Grid Automation projects. Through close collaboration with the Grid Automation Solution Architects, Technical Leaders and Project Managers, the team defines, plans & implements SCADA, Substation Automation, Integrated Energy Management Solutions, Substation Networks, Cybersecurity solutions and associated site services activities for customers in the USA and Canada. This individual will provide strategic and technical leadership, ensuring high-quality system-level engineering solutions, robust technical governance, and effective people and capability development aligned with business goals. Main Head of Engineering tasks include: • Manage engineering team, defining team strategy, set-up & Key Performance indicators • Keep high standards in project engineering, efficiency, and on time delivery as per EMH rules • Track and manage resource utilization in conjunction with Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure efficiency and ability to meet demand • Develop Substation Automation Services offerings to contribute to GA service and solutions growth.
