About The Position

KWQC is seeking a Digital Content Manager to lead the charge in their digital strategy. This role involves owning the strategy and execution for KWQC's streaming platforms, mentoring and managing a digital team, and developing innovative social media strategies. The ideal candidate will foster a digital-first culture, work collaboratively across departments, and use data analytics to track performance and identify areas for growth. A key aspect of this role is to cultivate an "own the first" mentality, ensuring that being first to digital is the standard practice.
