About The Position

Old National Bank, a regional powerhouse with over $70 billion in assets, is seeking a motivated Digital Consumer Lending Specialist to join its growing team. The Solution Center is a virtual lending center that offers clients the ability to interact with the bank through various channels, including chat, phone, mobile, and online. This role is focused on providing superior customer service, building full financial relationships with clients, and primarily focusing on consumer lending. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years consumer lending experience.
  • Call center experience.
  • Ability to cross-sell new and existing bank products and services while providing a superior customer experience through relationship banking.
  • NMLS required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products and Bank software products.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business and/or finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service for each client interaction.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, be a team player, and support the Mission, Vision, and Values of Old National Bank.
  • Build full financial relationships with clients with a primary focus on consumer lending.
  • Develop and grow client and prospective client relationships by understanding their complete financial profile and recommending additional products and services.
  • Consistently identify product and service referrals across all bank business lines, ensuring a warm handoff to the appropriate partner.
  • Achieve sales and service targets for the Solution Center.
  • Demonstrate expertise in consumer lending by completing and processing lending applications, including understanding underwriting needs for complex consumer lending products.
  • Support Solution Center service level goals by balancing loan inquiries, loan applications, and client chats/calls.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of all regulatory, compliance, and company policies and procedures.
  • Attend and complete required compliance training.
  • Perform job responsibilities following all regulatory, compliance, and company/Old National Bank policies and procedures.
  • Consistently deliver on call evaluation metrics aligned with providing superior client experience and expertise in consumer lending.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Center team by sharing success stories, ideas, tips, and coaching.
  • Develop strong relationships and partnerships with banking center bankers and operational teams.
  • Perform account maintenance requested by clients and management within specified authority.
  • Meet attendance and scheduling requirements, including Saturday rotations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
