Senior Associates in Huron’s Workday Adaptive Planning practice serve as client-facing advisors and leaders responsible for driving key components of financial planning and analysis transformation projects. In this role, you will own workstreams, collaborate directly with finance, accounting, and information technology stakeholders. Translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday Adaptive Planning models, reports, and workflows. You will guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Senior Associates are expected to lead with strategic advisory rooted in financial planning and analysis and enterprise performance management best practices. Senior Associates demonstrate strong analytical thinking, data interpretation skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity while delivering client-ready insights.
