Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions in a consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience leading Oracle Planning implementations utilizing one or more of the following solutions: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Oracle Planning modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architecture, application design, and configuration decisions.
  • Experience leading solution design workshops, producing functional and technical design documentation, and guiding clients through design trade-offs and best practices.
  • Strong hands-on configuration experience including metadata design, business rules, calculations, forms, security, workflow, Smart View, data integration, and testing activities.
  • Exposure to or implementation experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), including hierarchy management, metadata governance, dimensional model alignment, and enterprise data standards.
  • Experience leading project workstreams and mentoring consultants and senior consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Federal Government Security Clearance
