About The Position

Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Digital Construction Project Analyst to join their growing team as part of the successful Graduate Development Program (GDP) in the U.S. This program is designed for recent graduates with less than two years of industry experience, offering opportunities to develop their careers and gain exposure to the company's specialized services, aiming to become successful consultants upon program completion. The USA Digital business unit has a rapidly growing team providing Digital products and services, including Digital Advisory, Strategy and Transformation, Data and Systems Strategy, Data and Technology Project Management, Data Analytics and Automation, BIM and Information Management, and Digital Project Controls. The Digital track within the USA GDP offers successful candidates the chance to work as a Digital Construction Project Analyst across various service areas and client sectors such as High Tech, Transport, Healthcare, Rail, Energy, Telecoms, Defense, Government, and Finance. The program is approximately two years long, with experience based on achieving competencies in core services. The Digital track is offered for 2027 starts in New York, NY, Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, and San Francisco, CA.

• Hold a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree: Typical degree courses (listed A-Z): Architecture, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, General Business Management, Information Systems, Math, Physical sciences, Project Management.
• Recognize that relevant Digital skills are gained through many degree courses and so applicants from any course of study that can demonstrate an aptitude in Digital skills and a passion for the built environment and the construction industry are encouraged to apply.
• This Program is specifically designed for those with 0-2 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management and decision-making.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills and techniques to effectively transform unstructured data and present it back in an informative fashion.
• Apply knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application, and visualization tools.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings in a clear and compelling way.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and present data insights to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data quality checks and implementing data governance practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
• Support the running of workshops with stakeholders, defining business processes, products and service improvements, project managing the roll-out of products/processes/services and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for continuous quality improvement exercises.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
