Your role here As a Digital Commerce Systems Specialist, you’ll support the operation and ongoing improvement of our digital commerce platforms, including customer‑facing websites and integrated back‑end systems. This role partners closely with Digital Commerce, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure system accuracy, performance, and usability. #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Magento/Adobe Commerce performance, uptime, and security.
  • Proven track record of supporting integrations with PIM, ERP, and freight/quoting systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
  • Ability to analyze e-commerce performance data, trends, and user behavior.
  • Familiarity creating or using metrics, dashboards, and reports to guide decisions.
  • Solid focus on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Capability to manage external vendors and partners relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in IT, Marketing Data Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, systems support or digital business management preferred.
