About The Position

At Mitchell Companies and Chesapeake Beverage, we're transforming the way we connect with our customers through digital commerce. We're looking for a Digital Commerce Representative who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers adopt technology that makes doing business easier. In this role, you'll work directly with retailers and internal sales teams to increase adoption of our digital ordering platform, BEES, while helping grow customer engagement and revenue across the market. This isn't a traditional sales role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor who helps customers simplify their ordering experience while supporting the growth of our business.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable learning and teaching digital platforms and technology
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Beverage industry sales, account management, customer service, or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with existing and prospective retail accounts
  • Identify opportunities to expand digital ordering adoption
  • Support long-term customer growth and engagement
  • Introduce products, promotions, and digital ordering capabilities
  • Demonstrate and present the BEES platform to customers
  • Train retailers on platform functionality and best practices
  • Assist customers with onboarding and account activation
  • Help customers maximize platform features that improve efficiency and the overall ordering experience
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts
  • Meet call frequency and account coverage expectations
  • Monitor account activity and identify growth opportunities
  • Troubleshoot questions and coordinate support as needed
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to identify digital commerce opportunities
  • Support portfolio introductions to non-buying and underdeveloped accounts
  • Assist with digital commerce initiatives and promotions
