About The Position
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We currently have multiple openings for our newly created department in our downtown Chicago office. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM. In-Office. Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume.
Requirements
- Prior law firm experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Word
Nice To Haves
- Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus
- Knowledge of JST a plus
Responsibilities
- Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts
- Communicate with clients to resolve collections accounts
- Respond to client/customer or attorney inquiries via email
