The Digital CBT Coach is exceptional at supporting Learn to Live’s members by providing encouragement, support, clarification of high-fidelity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, motivation, assistance with habit change, and verbal reinforcement as they advance through our programs. You are skilled at creating a working alliance, managing documentation of contacts, and identifying creative ways to help members move past roadblocks to progress in their programs and reach their goals. You understand that Learn to Live meets the needs of a large volume of members, and you strive to provide these services with a strong sense of personal caring, while still seeking opportunities for increased efficiency. You participate with our Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Digital CBT Coaching to continue to refine your understanding and skills in CBT content and coaching services. You collaborate with the coaching team to create a schedule that meets the needs of our members which would include hours outside of Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST. This position reports to our Director of Digital CBT Coaching. As part of our rapidly growing L2L team, you will experience a close-knit team environment, a “self-starting, wear-many-hats, roll-up-your-sleeves” culture, exposure to cutting-edge tech-enabled behavioral health service delivery, and the opportunity to develop knowledge of the healthcare industry and landscape. You will receive training to become an expert with advanced CBT strategies that you can apply as one of the first providers in this new era of behavioral healthcare.
