The Digital Coach is responsible for recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. This role involves coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. The coach provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a culture of belonging. The position also ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company's mission, values, and ethics, and provides guidance on applying these in business processes.
