About The Position

The Digital Coach is responsible for recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. This role involves coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. The coach provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a culture of belonging. The position also ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company's mission, values, and ethics, and provides guidance on applying these in business processes. Requirements

  • 2 years’ of college; OR
  • 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR
  • 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training
  • For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)
