About The Position

This role requires a Digital CM Consultant with extensive experience in software development and delivery within enterprise environments. The consultant will work within Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams, contributing to projects that align with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). This includes active participation in key SAFe events such as PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events, as well as adhering to program Definitions of Ready and Done.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-12+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven delivery in enterprise environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in Power Platforms, specifically strong in Powerapps with canvas.
• Expertise in Power Automate.
• Expertise in .NET with React JS.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps.
• SQL proficiency (Dataverse, SQL Server / Oracle / any relational DB).
• Expertise in Azure functions APIM.
• Expertise in Azure blogs and services for LCNC.
• Hands-on experience using LCNC with SharePoint is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in AI driven development approach using Copilot / Vibe coding.
