Fully Directs and initiates Digital Wealth Management initiatives, channel strategy and research projects. Leads teams who work closely with business partners in creating new strategies for Advisor and Client advice solutions such as financial planning, client reporting, portfolio analysis, and more. Act as the architect for one or more platform development projects, leveraging technical acumen to help design and/ or implement systems and user acceptance tests. Directly involved with the largest and/or most complex projects and/or initiatives. Has management responsibility. Is responsible for hiring, managing, training and developing associates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience related to wealth management business and financial services industry
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented with ability work in a challenging environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms
- Strong relationship building skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience supporting an Enterprise digital platform
- Basic knowledge of the Agile software development process
- Experience with financial planning and/or client performance reporting, and how Financial Advisors deliver those services to clients
- Familiarity with the advice needs of UHNW-focused Advisors and their clients
