About The Position

This position will be accountable for overseeing all of Advia’s digital remote channels including: digital and mobile banking, remote deposit capture, money movement services, account opening, and fintech partnerships, among others things. This position is accountable for maintaining and improving the crucial member facing digital channel portfolio and driving the member experience. Requirements

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours.
  • A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
  • Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 5 lbs.
  • Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation.
  • Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator.
  • Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
  • Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
  • Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
  • Must be able to perform job functions with supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to read and carry out various instructions and follow oral instructions.
  • Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence.
  • Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations with extreme accuracy.
  • Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public.
  • Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines/requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace.
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities.
  • Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on confidential matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in web-based applications administration and Symitar knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing vendors to build partnerships. This includes participating in vendor management calls, working on system changes, system configuration changes, enhancements and escalating/ opening tickets when applicable.
  • Acts as the dedicated resource to research digital channel product issues which may include answering internal team member questions regarding digital products, serving as an escalation point for members having technical challenges with digital products, and communicating system changes and outages to internal team members.
  • Partner with Digital Channel Project Coordinators and other organizational projects on implementing changes and updates to digital systems.
  • Partner with other departments such as Marketing, Training, Operations Support and Information Technologies on changes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Research digital solutions and services to stay abreast of future product and emerging industry trends.
  • Spearhead system improvement and act as lead for configuring and testing system changes and updates.
  • Aid various departments as needed with reporting from vendor administrative systems.
  • Accountable for system reporting and monitoring performance and member experience.
  • Comprehend how digital systems interact with other organizational systems.
  • Follow best practices for making updates to minimize negative impact or system outages.
  • Daily administrative tasks for Digital Channel systems, such as money movement platforms, Digital Banking, Account Opening, SMS, and more.
  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Additionally, all employees must follow policies and procedures to minimize risk by exercising judgment, raising questions to management, and adhering to policy guidelines.
