Digital Care Navigator
About The Position
The navigator shall work with the assigned Digital Care Team to coordinate intake, scheduling, diagnostic, treatment, and/or support services for various Digital Care initiatives. This position will work closely with the RN Coordinator to manage the administrative care of patients along with administrative job duties for the Digital Care Department. This position will also be responsible for setup of any accounts for the video platforms along with communicating any new account information to users. This position must have good communication skills in order to communicate cross-functionally to various clinical and administrative teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Good communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Any college education preferred.
- Medical Assistant Preferred
Responsibilities
